New users not receiving email from Zoho

New users not receiving email from Zoho

Morning,

We have just set up some new users but none have received the confirmation from Zoho.  We have checked our Exchange server and it has not received any emails from Zoho relating to this (although we have received an email confirming our purchase).

Can someone advise me what to do (I don't want to use alternative email addresses).  We have re-issued invites and got a meesage saying the invites have been successfully sent.
