New version: Where are the selected participants of an event ?

Hello,

by creating events, I don't want to use the Zoho emailing system to confirm the attendance at meetings I already agreed with my customers. It may be the result of a long process and I don't want to give an opportunity to my interlocutor (I was just speaking with by setting the appointment) the possibility, in the time in-between our agreement (and the creation of the ZohoCRM event) and the day it will happen, of just click on "may be" or whatever. Not because I'm not flexible, just because it should not be as easy as that to cancel or postpone a agreed meeting.
So I check, something like "do not send invitation emails to invitees" as it's not longer an invitation.

Unfortunately, that's just enough to lose total overview and control on the list of selected participants:
  • popup "Edit event" shows only the sum-up of participants added, i.e. 2 participants "selected")
  • detail view of an event (section Participants => 0 Invited ; 0 Confirmed ; 0 May Be).
  • of course, this lost of overview is total, including in the print overview (no track of any participants, despite the 2 already "selected").
Please make the control and the views consistent !
