We're excited to introduce a new set of enhancements in Zoho Notebook that make your note-taking experience cleaner, more flexible, and easier to share. With this update, you can create notes that automatically adapt to your device theme, browse your notebooks using a new Compact View, and share your notes as beautifully formatted images.

Theme-Based (Colorless) Notes  

Prefer a cleaner, distraction-free workspace? You can now create Theme-Based Notes, which automatically adapt to your device's Light or Dark Mode instead of using a fixed background color.

Simply set Theme Based as your default note color, and every new note will seamlessly match your device theme. You can switch any theme-based note to a colored note whenever you like without affecting its content.

Browse More with Compact View  

Finding notes is now faster with the new Compact View.

Compact View displays smaller note previews of notebooks, allowing you to see more notes on the screen at once. Whether you're managing a large notebook or simply prefer a cleaner layout, Compact View helps you browse and organize your content more efficiently while reducing unnecessary scrolling.

Share Notes as Images  

Sharing your notes is now more convenient than ever.

Instead of taking screenshots, you can now export supported notes as beautifully formatted images while preserving their layout and formatting. Long notes are automatically split into multiple images when needed, making them easy to share through messaging apps, email, or social media.
