New Year, New Zoho Recruit!

Hello there,

We have redesigned the record details page of the Job Openings and Candidates modules to enhance their visual appeal and improve your hiring experience.

Important Note:
  • The new UI will be enabled upon request for customers from the US & EU DCs. Reach out to us at support@zohorecruit.com if you want to try out our new UI.
  • All customers will be moved to the new UI format in the next 2-3 weeks.
Listed below are the changes you will see in the new UI:

Job Opening Detail Page 


  1. Details has been renamed to Overview.
  2. Earlier Details and Timeline were available above the Related List in the left panel, now they are available as Tabs.
  3. The Last Update time has been moved outside the Related List. 
  4. Provided a Customize Business Card icon in Business Card View as a shortcut.

Candidate detail page 


  1. Details is renamed as Overview.
  2. Earlier Details, Timeline, Hiring Pipeline and Data Privacy were available above the Related List in the left panel, now they are available as Tabs.
  3. The UI of the Hiring Pipeline has been enhanced to be easier to read.

  4. The Last Update time has been moved outside the Related List.
  5. Provided a Customize Business Card icon in Business Card View as a shortcut.
