Zoho Recruit is back with some exciting new features and they are definite to make your recruiting process more easier, faster, and efficient.
Resume Inbox
This is a parsing tool that automatically imports resumes directly from your mailbox to the Zoho Recruit database. This feature is quite handy as it keeps your inbox clutter-free and saves you time by eliminating the necessity to manually add resumes from each mail. The first step is to configure the Resume Inbox settings. You can set it to parse the email body, or attachments, or both depending on your requirement. You can use the default Resume Inbox or you can configure any of your POP accounts as the custom Resume Inbox . Then, you can display the Resume Inbox id on job boards to which mails can be forwarded. You can provide the subject of the email in the format JobId (ref.ID), JobTitle or both and set the candidates to be parsed and associated to a job opening based on that.

Formatted/Branded Resume
This feature helps recruiters add their staffing agency’s logo, watermark and contact information to every resume before forwarding them to the clients, thus making it easy for the clients to identify the recruiting agency. With this feature, you can also edit resumes and remove candidate contact information without downloading each resume. Additionally, you have the option to create a resume template on your own using the mail merge feature of any word processor and upload it to Zoho Recruit.

Resume Extractor
This is a Zoho Recruit browser extension that helps you parse resume from any job board or web page. With a few easy steps you can parse the desired candidate information easily. Log into the job site, select the text of the resume you want to import, and in the browser tool bar, click the Resume Extractor icon. The resume is parsed and the information will be displayed in the form. You also have an option to associate the candidate to a relevant job opening while you import. After you have completed the process, click Import and the details will be added to the Zoho Recruit database.
