New Zoho user get unable to process request when accepting email invite

Hello Zoho Team, 

I recently added a new user to our Zoho Account, unfortunately whenever the new user try to accept the invite, she get re-directed to an enterprise-trial account and then gets an "unable to process your request." message. Is there a way to fix this issue? Let me know. Thanks!
