I just signed up for  Zoho today, migrated my email, and am quite impressed so far.  A few questions for the community, hopefully someone can help with...

My original motivation for signing up with Zoho is as follows...  I have a website (www.swashbucklestudio.com) that I publish to fatcow that includes email service but has been dreadful all around.  Looking to change my email service to something else but still keep my custom domain address I came across Zoho.  Now... I have migrated my email over successfully (or so it seems) to a free account but was wondering...  In the near future my fatcow account will be up and I have a choice to renew but was hoping to migrate my website to something else as well.  Being as I just signed up for Adobe Creative cloud it looks like I have a business catalyst account that I could use to host my website for free and was hoping to just use that.   If I was to do this, and I ditch fatcow, would this affect my email that I now have running through Zoho?  Or is my email currently completely independent of fatcow now?

any insight would e much appreciated.  While Im pretty tech savy... website, email servers, domain registrars etc.... are all pretty new to me.
