Often when I invite a new user to join my Zoho account they are not able to join my account but are asked to create their own accounts. Why does this happen is there a way to stop it?
Most recently my new user entered exactly the details of our existing account and it has created her an account which looks like ours (has our logo loaded) but has not data in it and has no tabs to the different modules within the CRM.
Any clue whats gone wrong and how I fix it?
