Newbie :- please help me learn

Hi,
I am new to CRM, so please bear with me if I am asking the obvious.

I accidently chanced upon zoho 6 months back, and since then I am a fan of zoho creator. Now I am trying to learn about other Zoho applications.

I practically have no idea about CRM, i do nourish a willing ness to learn
Searching over google for CRM did give me some tutorials.. but, the more i read.. the more i am getting confused

So, I request at this forum, could anyone please suggest some decent site that educates a beginer like me.. Something that does not confuse me with heavy jargons and stuff. I would really love to learn about CRM ,and using Zoho CRM .
