I have just migrated to Zoho and I am having to learn fast to get my VAT return in today. For some reason the total that Zoho is spitting out for total purchases net of VAT is wrong - it is too low. If I actually manually add up all the net purchases in the itemised column in the VAT calculation summary I get a higher figure. I can't work out why. Any advice anyone? I can't get through to Zoho support.
