I am new to Zoho and am trying to find out if there are and missing sections in my 'lead creation' page. In SalesForce, when you created a lead, it had additional sections that showed options as to what a sales person did - e.g. sent email, or left v/m, spoke with client etc. This allowed us to track lead and then create reports on it. Do I have to manually build additional sections in the leads area for this, as well as follow ups and so on? Am I missing a module maybe? Please advise.
