Newbie needs help

I am trying to create my first report. I created a database and imported about 650 records. I am trying to create a report and it is telling me that it only allows 100 distinct values. My reports usually contain 300 records. How do I get around this or am I not understanding it correctly! Thanks.

Also is there people on here who will create my basic database and reports like I want them for a reasonable rate?
