I'm new to zoho and have a few questions.

 

1. When a new lead comes in many times we call them back and get their machine. I want to have a record of each date and time we leave a message.  I have created several fields called LM1, LM2, LM3 ect they stand for left Message.

I made the fields date fieds but it's a lot of work to click the calendar and then click the current date.

 

Would I want to do is to have the field blank unless it's clicked.  Once it's clicked  I want it to insert the current date without having to select it from the calendar.  I'm sure this is possible just don't know how to do it.

 

 

2. Is there a way to have incoming emails send to a specific email account automatically entered into Zoho CRM as new leads?
