I am considering signing up with Zoho CRM but I have a few questions:

1. Can I separate customers and prospects into different groups so I can mail to the groups individually?

2.Can I customize the field information to suit my needs?

3. Can I import my contacts from ACT ?

I am a "road warrior" manufacturers rep selling hard goods and my CRM needs are simple but having access to the information online would be a huge benefit for me.
