When I set up my Zoho account I used an existing gmail account as the contact email. As you can see in the top half of the attachment enclosed, Zoho is truncating this email address (form4me) and somehow incorporating it into the emails going out so that the recipient sees form4me as the sender name for the email sent from Zoho (bottom half of attachment screenshot), when in fact it should be saying my real name. I've looked in all the settings and profile fields to try and eliminate form4me but can't clear this issue.
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
