Newbie - zoho calendar is different than crm calendar?

Is this really true?  It kinda explains why the CRM calendar is SOOO outdated and whacked. 

The CRM is ONE part of business, and other parts of our business are coordinated thru Google apps and google calendar.  I have been looking for a CRM that can sustain and grow with us, and Zoho looks promising, but the calendar integration with Google absolutely blows and this fact alone keep other CRM's on my "trial" crms to look at....

I now have to go back to the zoho website and learn about a whole other service that should be a part of the basic crm....
