Newcomer to Zoho Recruit - Mutliple questions re: usability and other things
Hi there, I'm investigating the possibility of moving our existing HR workflow onto Zoho, and I've got some questions that came up while I was playing around with the Free Trial version.
1. Currently at our firm, a client that's been interviewed and tested but isn't qualified for a given job opening isn't outright rejected, but rather "sidelined" and recommended for another opening without them needing to apply again. When I reject my test candidate in Zoho, its simply marked as rejected. Is there any way to "assign" them to another job opening in Zoho Recruit without having them apply to it manually?
2. I tried embedding the candidate application form into our website and I noticed there were a couple fields that looked like they wouldn't make any sense to people filling out the form, like "Source", "Owner", and "Email ID". Is there any way to edit the fields that show up? For example I'd like to either do away with the Source (what does this even refer to anyways? I see it on everything) and Owner fields, or hide them so that they aren't visible to people applying? Or if they're needed is there some way to pre-fill them so that people don't have to worry about them?
3. While we're on the topic of the candidate application form, is there any way to 'customize' the form like adding/removing fields and values for the drop-down menus? Is it possible, perhaps in the paid version, to remove the Zoho logo from the form and replace it with our company logo?
4. I get how to create job openings and get the embed link for them, but currently for each job opening I have to manually add the link to our 'careers' page on our website. We've got literally dozens of job openings at any given time, is there any way to speed the process up? Like is there a way to generate a whole page of job openings that automatically updates to show the latest ones, or is this something that I'll have to look to our web designer to fix?
5. Is there a way to automatically post job openings on Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn in addition to job boards? Additionally, we use a number of job boards specific to our location (Philippines), such as JobsDB and Jobstreet.ph, is there any way to add those and customize which job boards an opening gets added to?
