Newly created user accounts do not send or receive emails

Newly created user accounts do not send or receive emails

Hello,

I created new accounts but none of them is able to send or receive emails (Domain is 9bitsng.com). I am able to send and receive with the old ones. Before new ones were created, i had only five accounts. Please look into this urgently.
