Hello. Newsletters are one document as far as I know, at least the ones I receive from third parties are.

The very basic newsletter I have now created with a standard template in Zoho CRM consists of a header, three photo's and text. After saving I have send this newsletter to one of my own mail adresses, via a fake lead I entered with one of my own email adresses. Upon receipt the newsletter is not one document however. For example the photo's are clickable and then will be opened in a photo viewing program. I don't want this. I want my newsletters to be one document. Can anybody help me with this? Thanks in advance.
