Great start to your updates, hopefully more to come. One thing though, it would be good to be able to decide which templates are available to manually send via whatsapp. I literally have over a hundred templates and many of them that are showing in the current list are not relevant for us to send manually and will only ever be used in automations.
I'd rather mark a template as available for manual sending, and include relevant things, generic messages to reengage a closed conversation. This is especially useful though for weekends if nobody is working as often if someone sends a whatsapp message on a Friday night after we close and nobody sees it until Monday morning, we can't easily start contact again, but now its easier and I can delete the workaround I did with a workflow to trigger a manual message like I have before.
