Has anyone successfully implement a ninja form that will pass the GCLID to CRM?

I've been working with a developer and we are both at a loss.

As far as I know, we've followed all of the 3rd party forms documentation.  Just can't get the data to pass.

As a side note, I tested with a zoho webform and I was able to make it work.  I just prefer the look and feel of the Ninja Forms better and I'd like to make this work before just bailing and using a zoho webform.
