No Acces after new security thingi

Heya,

when I loggend in on Friday some new security option came up and I had to enter my phone #. Thought this was a one time thing. Now I get a SMS whenever I log in!
In addition I cant acces my account anymore with Outlook. How do I disbable this nonsense?
