Amazingly, Zoho CRM does not have an "All emails" view option in any of its modules (companies, contacts, etc.). So there is no way to track the email history of clients, suppliers, etc. in one view. Instead, it forces me to individually check all email views one by one: "Emails sent from CRM", "IMAP emails from contact1", "IMAP emails from contact2", "POP emails from contact", etc, etc, etc., in order to find an email, see the latest email, or track history. I have discussed this with several Zoho CRM support persons for hours, and none could fix the problem. This makes the CRM useless for my company and now I'm stuck.
Furthermore, when one of my employees leaves and I deactivate him as a Zoho user, ALL his corporate emails disappear from Zoho CRM and there is no solution unless you keep paying for all my former employees forever. They say this can be solved with POP3 sync backups, but this is not available for Zoho ONE (and I use enterprise edition).
Unless this is fixed immediately, I will leave Zoho CRM.
