No attachments received from Zoho users when using Windows 10 app
We have set up our Zoho email on the Windows 10 desktop app and have not been able to receive attachments from other zoho users ever since. The emails come through it's just that there's nothing attached. We are able to receive the attachments on our phone so in order to get them on the computer we have to forward these emails to ourselves. It's only with our Zoho accounts; all other emails come through just fine.
Is there a specific setting I'm missing or any way to fix this?
