Is there a way to be able to create SMS (via Zoho Voice) without the need for deluge? In other CRMs they have this option where you add it to the workflow. This is how it should be designed.

1. A simple box pops-up that will allow you to type in your message. 

2. Able to include merge fields in the SMS message.

3. Select what number it should be sent from (if you have multiple numbers).

4. Select what number it should be sent to and be able to send it to multiple recipients
