"No Data Found" Migration Issue

I am a new Zoho user moving my organization from GApps.

I can't get the migration to work.

I have four other users to migrate besides myself and only three days to do it!

Each attempt at migration is met with the error message:

"No Data Found for This Account"!

What am I doing wrong?!?
