No Database Backup? Can't be true.

Using ZohoCRM, it appears there is no full backup option without paying $10?
This can't possibly be true.  I'm sure I'm missing something.

Can someone let me know how to daily backup the entire database? I'm not talking about doing individual module exports (which not only is a pain, but only allows 3000 records and only 2000 if you're running a report). I'm talking about the FULL database with all interconnecting tables so that the database can be rebuilt if a server crashes or if there is an accidental overwrite.

Please let me know asap. I can' t move forward using this tool until I learn how to back it up daily.
