I've uploaded hundreds of leads over the last few months and I know there are duplicates. According to this,
https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/miscellaneous/merge-duplicate-records.html#Deduplicate_Records I should have a "Deduplicate" option under my Leads Tools. As you can see from the screenshot there doesn't appear to be one. I have the Professional edition so this should be a feature I have access to.
Why would the "Deduplicate" option not appear in the list of available tools?
Edited: I am the administrator and should have the ability to access the deduplicate option.
