No desktop Incoming call notification
Hello,
We just insalled a SIP gateway with Zoho. We are just debugging some odds, and one of them is: when we have an incoming call, our desk phone rings, and a internal notification is shown in the CRM. However, most of our user don't have their browser opened all day long, and never get that notification (to record the call).
Is there any way to get a desktop notification (either from the browser or a desktop app, or even Cliq) to be used ?
If not, how do you usually get notified ?
BTW we are all running with iMacs (macOS).

I'd like to pull new leads from the CRM system, into Creator, on a daily basis. Is this possible? Yes, it is possible. Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM are integrated with each other, enabling you to synchronize data between them. This is done by fetching records from CRM into a Zoho Creator form.
