No email alerts coming through since upgrade

Hi guys,

Zoho Support team: This is part of the following ticket I lodged 2 weeks ago but has not yet been resolved: [##1085 165##] Task 'Remind at' not working

Maybe someone on the forum can help:

None of my zoho email alerts are coming through.  When I was on the free version and I used the 15 day trial of the professional version, all the alerts worked perfectly.  But as soon as we upgraded to professional the alerts stopped working.

I have the correct email address in the following areas:
  • Personal Settings > Account Settings > User Information
  • Users > Active Users > Email Address
  • Zoho Apps > Zoho Mail > Mailbox
  • My Zoho Account > Personal Information
Is there any other area I've missed? 

The email address itself works fine, as Zoho is the only thing that I'm having trouble receiving emails from.

Help! I need my workflow alerts to meet my SLAs!
