No email coming in since 13th June

No email coming in since 13th June

Hi, I have been away on holiday and have just got back to find that I have not received any incoming email since the 13th June. 

I know I am missing several, because I get an automated email every morning from a subscription, and customers have phoned to complain that I have not got back to them. Please tell me how to rectify this asap
