I learned that email integration is not available on the free version.
Does this mean there is no way to receive an email in the free version?
On the free zoho support app, you provide a zoho email address and I forward all my emails to this address. Is this not available in the free zoho crm?
It seems strange to be able to send emails but not receive them. Is that really the way the free version works?
