No email settings link???!!!

In Zoho CRM, trying to link email and pop.... in video tutorial it explains "the first thing you need to do is click on "settings" and click on "email settings".

However no such "email settings" link shows anywhere. I know it is supposed to be under Personal Settings.... but it is not there. What am I missing?

I can send emails directly from a Contact or Lead (via my Gmail), but if they respond it just goes to my Gmail inbox, and any thread is not documented or linked in Zoho CRM.

Help?
