No emails - incoming port issue?

Invalid Security Certificate for the server. Try changing the incoming port to 110, without SSL and check again.

Hi there - I am not receiving zoho emails. On my app there is nothing to say why, and on full website nothing shows when I'm in the 'newer version'.  But when I switch to the 'older version' the above error message shows.

Can anyone help please?  I have looked at my settings but can't see how to change the port.  Zoho help desk not responding to my emails or my phone messages which isn't great service.
