No ign of emails sent via Zoho CRM

Hello, 
I sent some emails ticking contacts from the view I created in Zoho CRM. I chose a template, then got the information that these emails were sent, yet, there's no information about it in any of the contacts accounts. Why it might have happened? Does it mean that these emails didn't reach these people? How should I make it work?
