No "Import Users" option in Zoho FSM
I recently noticed that there is no option to import Users into Zoho FSM, and this has become a serious challenge for us.
When migrating data, especially technicians or other user profiles, we often have hundreds of users to bring into the system. Currently, the only options are:

Creating users manually one by one, which is extremely time-consuming.

Trying to use the API, which only allows updating or creating one user at a time, making it just as impractical for large datasets.
An "Import Users" feature (similar to the CSV import available in other Zoho apps like Books or CRM) would be invaluable. It would make data migrations and bulk updates much more efficient and help partners and customers adopt FSM faster.
Is this on the product roadmap? If not, I’d strongly suggest adding it, as it is a must-have for many businesses, especially those with large technician teams.
