I'm using zoho for my company mails.  Clients are calling me asking questions about the mails they send.

I don't receive mails!  Are they lost, will I get them later?

Please, I need an answer from you ZOHO, this is SO important.

When will this problem be solved?

Should I quit zoho and use another platform? Free or not, this can't be...
