no longer receiving email
I know people are sending them. In fact I've sent a few myself but ZOHO mail and ZOHO CRM are not getting them.
Outbound mail seems fine.
We did recent move the site to a new host, but the DNS and Host records are stored at the registrar not the hosting company.
We did update the ns records to the new provider.
I'm not sure what to do.
Any help appreciated.
