no mail in folders via EAS

Hi guys,

I love the idea of Zoho mail and I'm getting ready to pitch it to several of my clients, so right now I set (per instructions) the free 5 user account and I'm trying it out myself.

Everything seems to work great with the exception of EAS. ActiveSync. We have an issue in particular on the iPhone. We migrate the mail from previous provider (Outlook.com), no problems. We check the mail and folders have come over smoothly, no problems in web mail, pop or imap, so we then setup active-sync on the iPhone which is where we find the issue.

The only mail we can see on the iPhone is in the inbox (at least some mail). The folders under the inbox display, but no mail inside any of them. We check again on web mail and sure enough there is mail in those folders. Why would this happen. We have also edited the settings of the account "Mail Days to Sync - No Limit", with no success. We have also tried deleting the account and reattempting the effort. No change, always the same result.

This would pose as a massive problem to my clients. If this can be resolved it will be fantastic.
