no "not delivered" message when email address bounces

no "not delivered" message when email address bounces

I use Zoho CRM and use the link "Send mail" on the contacts page to send a mail (using one of my templates).

But if the email address is incorrect, I do not get a "not delivered" message. 
This is very inconvenient. I assume the recipient receives it, but the receiver doesn't get anything. 

How can I solve this? Is there a setting to receive bounced messages?
