NO one at ZOHO is minding the store

NO one at ZOHO is minding the store

I have submitted help ticket and comment here on forum HOURS ago...and yet even my submissions are not showing up. When I submit I see that it goes into a MODERATION que.  Doesn't anyone work on the weekends in INDIA ???
