No password provided

I just started getting an error on my iPhone. 

Pop up says:

cannot get mail
no password provided for “DollerCG”

I checked my account settings on my iPhone and it has a password. I’ve changed nothing. 

I get the same error on my MacBook. 

What’s strange is I still get email. 

Any help would be appreciated. I’ve added my email settings.
