I'm starting to get a little frustrated with Zoho now........To the point where i'd rather pay more and go to salesforce!!!

 

We are a new start up company, the company we broke away from used Salesforce.

 

This is how we work!!!!

 

A lead comes ion from web-to-lead. - I capture -frist name, last name, phone and mobile.

 

Once we qualify the lead we convert to - Account - Potential and contact.

 

Both phone numbers only map to contacts, 1 number to account but none to potential!!!!

 

It is the potential that we work from......so when we have to follow up on our potentials...we have to go through to contacts to call them......ZOHO crm...wont map phone numbers from lead to 2 custom fields in potential 'phone and Mobile'.....

 

Surely feild mapping is quite straight forward and we could do this with salesforce.......now we have to manually put the phone numbers in to our potential........am i missing something here or is ZOHO missing something!!!!
