no reason for exceeded mail quota

Hello,

My account's email address is  martinjs@9inesports.com

We are currently using zoho mail for our web app and it works great, but we've been having some issues with our mail accounts, particularly the mail quota.

According to this (taken from the forums), we shouldn't have any problems:

Outgoing:
Total Outgoing mail size per day - 300 MB 
Number of mails that can sent – 500 
Maximum number of recipients per mail – 100
Total number of recipients per day -1000 
Outgoing attachment size: 20 MB per mail (Default) 
Bounce count per day – 10

The thing is that, specifically this account: matheuspc@9inesports.com
Lately he hasn't been able to send more than 2 or 3 emails per day without any attachments. how's this possible?

is there any support you can provide on this issue?
