no receiving no sending

Hi

im new in zoho i just got my email account. i been trying to get my email from POP and IMAP on Outlook.com (web and app android) but i cant. i configure it right, i got my email in that moment everything i had on zoho inbox. i sent an email from my Gmail account to my zoho email and i got it in zoho inbox but not on Outlook.com. Any idea??

Next problem. Outlook.com for mac.

I set it up, received my inbox emails and instantly as well, but no sending.
