When I look at one of my employees contacts in the crm there is no record of her sent emails. I nfact shes not even on the list of people.
She doesnt appear under zoho mail shared users.
She can see her set mails from crm in her contact when logged into her own account but I cant as administrator.Is he account in some way not associated to me?
