No such account

Greetings,

I am trying to set up osTicket for mail integration with zoho mail. I have an e-mail set up for each of my three departments. Through a little trial and error, I got two of them set up correctly. However when I enter my credentials in osTicket, it comes back with " code: 535, response: Authentication failed: No such account." I have checked and I did set up the account in zoho. Also when I deliberately enter a wrong password, I get "Invalid credentials" which definitely indicates the account exists. Anyone have any ideas why this one account is not working?
