no transfer due to delays


Hello everybody, I got a huge problem with sending and receiving mails through outlook at windows 7.
The synch with zoho mail servers takes too long so unfortunatelly I can't send and receive mails.

I tried every available SMTP and POP settings but nothing works out.
MX toolbox shows a TTL of 60 minutes for mx.zoho.com and mx2.zoho.com

I attached the traceroute of mail.zoho.com and crm.zoho.com.
