No way to save a widget chat

Hello,
i just starting using chat within Zoho Projects. The tool is great since it allows us to save chats by topic in order to organize our discussions. Unfortunately there's a problem with the integration between the Chat tab and the Chat widget.
It seems to be one way.

When i create a new chat in the Chat tab and the click on it the Chat Widget opens up with that chat in it.
But if i start a new chat by clicking on a person icon the chat widget opens but there's no way to save tha chat back to the Chats tab. That's not usable.

Another problem that i've seen is that some times clicking on an existing chat on the Chat Tab would open the widget but then it closes right away and there's no way to open it again. There should be a manual way to open a chat widget within the widget tab.
