I'm trying to add a Zoho Creator app to a CRM Web tab following this guide: Linking Zoho Creator Apps with CRM | Online Help - Zoho CRM

When clicking on the link  icon, I get the following error message:

I'm the developer of the app + an admin on Zoho CRM.

Any hint?
